Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via tracked courier. Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order departs the atelier.
We ship worldwide from the United States. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
We accept returns of unopened fragrance and unused clothing within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at beljouofficial@outlook.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Fragrances cannot be exchanged once opened. Unopened fragrance and unworn clothing may be exchanged for another size or item, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window as returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are prepared for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our return policy.
